Saturday, March 1st

7:30am – 8:30am: Grand Chapter – High Priest Private Breakfast - Atrium East

 

8:00am – 10:30am: Hospitality room open – Rosendahl Room

 

8:00am –1:00pm: General Registration open – Rosendahl Room

 

9:00am – 4:00pm: Boutique open– Rosendahl Room

 

8:30am – 9:00am: Grand Chapter Registration - Ballroom

 

9:00am – 12:00pm: Grand Chapter Convocation - Ballroom

 

11:30pm – 2:30pm: Lunch Buffet (Reservation Required) – Atrium East

 

12:30pm – 1:00pm: Grand Commandery Registration - Ballroom

 

1:00pm – 5:00pm: Grand Commandery Conclave and Installation– Ballroom

 

2:00pm-4:00pm: Ladies Program (Registration Required) – Rosendahl Room

3:30pm – 5:00pm: Knight Preceptors Degree (Registration Required) – Ike’s Sky Light Room

5:00pm: Ike’s Pub and Grill Open, directly opposite the banquet room

 

7:00pm – 11:00pm: Grand Chapter and Grand Commandery Awards Banquet

 

7:30pm: Boutique Basket drawing

Sunday, March 2nd

9:30am – 10:30am: Church service – Applegate Room

Dress Code

Grand Chapter Convocation (Saturday morning) –Suit and tie. Tuxedos for Grand Officers

Grand Commandery Conclave (Saturday Afternoon) – Full Templar Uniform less sword. Sword for

officers being installed and Honor Guard Only

​

Banquet (Saturday Night) –

• Commandery - Full Templar Uniform, minus gloves, sword, Chapeau.

• Chapter – Suit and Tie and Tuxedos for Grand Officers.

Sunday Worship Service – Full Templar Uniform, minus gloves, sword and Chapeau.

​

Ladies Dress Code –

• Formal or cocktail gown for Banquet. Comfortable clothes for the Sunday Divine Service. See Ladies

program flyer for Ladies program dress. (No jeans please.)

Food and Bar: Ike’s Pub and Grill, a bar/lounge which specializes in American cuisine is open daily for

Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Room service is also available during limited hours. Buffet breakfasts are

available daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM for a fee.
